General Membership Meetings

Types of Membership
- Regular Members: Licensed contractors actively engaged in construction projects and holding valid PCAB licenses.
- Life Members: Regular members in good standing for over 10 years who receive lifetime privileges.
- Sustaining Members: Industry stakeholders or organizations that support CCA’s programs and initiatives through regular contributions.
Membership Requirements
Interested in becoming a member? You’ll need to prepare the following:
- Duly accomplished application form
- Valid PCAB License (for contractors)
- Certificate of Business Registration (SEC or DTI)
- Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws (for corporations)
- Secretary’s Certificate or Board Resolution expressing intent to join CCA
- Latest Audited Financial Statement
Funds & Fees

Each regular member shall pay an admission fee based on his PCAB Category as shown:

Additional funds and fees of the Association shall come from time to time through voluntary donations from members, trainings, and other items related thereto. The Admission Fees and Annual Fees may be adjusted on a yearly basis through the decision of the Board of Trustees in a duly approved Board Resolution.
